The second time was a key fob was not working, I went back to Checkered flag because of proximity after all how hard can it be to program a key fob. The warranty was awesome we didn't have to repay the deductible at the second dealership they covered it. I finally had enough and took the van 2 hours away to have another dealership look at it. After several days of phone calls and begging the warranty company worked with us and would allow 4 hours however Checkered flag insisted it would take 8 hours and we had to pay the difference.
